Five months ago, and just shortly after son James, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, had launched his catering business, the Inserillo family home in Wiccopee was destroyed in a devastating fire. Despite having lost all of their belongings and their beloved pets, the family is grateful for all they still have and the outpouring of community support they’ve received. As you’ll read about in our cover story, they are rebuilding their lives “From The Ground Up,” as their food truck is aptly named.
